This Acceptable Use Policy defines the standards of conduct and content permitted on the dirty. platform. All users must comply with this policy. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.
1. General Standards
dirty. is a private, adult (18+) membership platform that provides communication tools and content sharing features. All platform use must comply with applicable laws and regulations. Users must be at least 18 years of age. Users must provide accurate account information and maintain its accuracy.
2. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dirty. platform:
Sexual Services & Escort Activity
- Soliciting, advertising, or offering prostitution or escort services.
- Advertising compensated companionship, whether explicit or implied.
- Arranging or facilitating any in-person meeting in exchange for compensation.
- Using the platform to broker introductions for paid sexual services.
Trafficking & Exploitation
- Any activity related to human trafficking.
- Promoting, facilitating, or participating in sexual exploitation.
- Recruiting individuals for commercial sexual activity.
- Coercing or forcing individuals into any activity.
Minor-Related Content
- Any content depicting, suggesting, or involving minors in any context.
- Any communication with or regarding individuals under the age of 18.
- Content that sexualizes minors in any form, including illustrations or AI-generated material.
Non-Consensual Content
- Sharing intimate images or videos without the consent of all depicted individuals.
- Revenge pornography or content shared with intent to harm, harass, or intimidate.
- Recording or distributing private interactions without consent.
- Deepfake pornography or AI-generated intimate imagery of real individuals without consent.
Fraud & Financial Solicitation
- Financial scams, phishing, or fraudulent schemes.
- Soliciting money, gifts, or cryptocurrency from other members.
- Advertising or promoting illegal goods or services.
- Operating pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing, or investment fraud.
Harassment & Abuse
- Threatening, intimidating, or harassing other members.
- Hate speech, discrimination, or targeted abuse based on protected characteristics.
- Doxxing or sharing personal information of others without consent.
- Stalking or persistent unwanted contact after being blocked.
Impersonation & Deception
- Creating fake profiles or misrepresenting your identity.
- Impersonating other individuals, organizations, or platform staff.
- Using stolen photos or copyrighted material as profile content.
Illegal Goods & Services
- Advertising, selling, or distributing controlled substances or illegal drugs.
- Advertising or facilitating the sale of weapons.
- Promoting any other illegal goods or services.
Copyright Infringement
- Uploading, sharing, or distributing copyrighted material without authorization.
- Reproducing or distributing content owned by other creators without permission.
Platform Abuse
- Automated access, scraping, or bot activity.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, exploit, or compromise platform security.
- Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code.
- Circumventing moderation systems or bans.
3. Offline Arrangements
dirty. provides online communication tools only. The platform does not arrange, broker, mediate, or facilitate in-person meetings of any kind. Any arrangements made between members occur independently and entirely outside the scope of the platform. Users who use the platform to arrange compensated in-person services are in violation of this policy and are subject to immediate account termination.
4. Enforcement
dirty. reserves the right to take enforcement action against accounts that violate this policy, including:
- Content removal without prior notice.
- Account suspension (temporary or indefinite).
- Permanent account termination.
- Reporting to law enforcement where applicable.
Enforcement decisions are made at the sole discretion of dirty. and are not subject to appeal except where required by applicable law.
5. Reporting Violations
Users may report violations of this policy using the in-platform reporting feature or by contacting abuse@dirty.com. All reports are reviewed and acted upon. Reports involving minors, trafficking, or non-consensual content are prioritized and escalated immediately.
