Membership Terms

1. Membership Overview

dirty. offers premium membership subscriptions that provide access to enhanced platform features. Membership is optional. The core platform is accessible without a paid subscription. Premium membership unlocks additional features including enhanced profile visibility, private messaging capabilities, members-only areas, and advanced tools.

2. Recurring Billing

Membership subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you expressly authorize dirty. (via its third-party payment processor) to charge the applicable membership fee at the selected billing interval (monthly, quarterly, or annually, as applicable) using the payment method you provide.

Billing cycles begin on the date of initial purchase and renew automatically at the end of each cycle unless cancelled.

3. Billing Frequency & Amounts

Membership fees and billing frequency are clearly disclosed on the subscription page prior to checkout. Available billing intervals may include:

• Monthly: Billed once per month.
• Quarterly: Billed once every three months.
• Annually: Billed once per year.

Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Any price changes to existing subscriptions will be communicated in advance.

4. Authorization to Charge

By completing a subscription purchase, you authorize dirty. and its designated payment processor to charge the recurring membership fee to your selected payment method. This authorization remains in effect until you cancel your subscription. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds.

5. Access to Features

Upon successful payment, premium features are activated immediately. Access remains active for the duration of the current billing cycle. Feature availability may change over time as the platform evolves. dirty. reserves the right to modify, add, or remove premium features. Material changes to feature availability will be communicated to active subscribers.

6. Cancellation Process

You may cancel your membership at any time through:

• Account Settings: Navigate to Settings > Membership > Cancel Subscription.
• Customer Support: Contact hello@dirty.com with your cancellation request.

Upon cancellation, your premium access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied after cancellation takes effect.

7. No Refunds for Active Periods

No refunds are issued for partially used billing periods. When you cancel, you retain access to premium features until the end of the current paid period. After the period expires, your account reverts to free-tier access. This policy applies to all cancellations, including voluntary cancellation and account termination for policy violations.

8. Billing Descriptor

Charges will appear on your payment statement under the billing descriptor associated with dirty. or its payment processor. If you do not recognize a charge, contact billing@dirty.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer.

Billing descriptor: The exact descriptor will be disclosed at checkout and in your confirmation email.

9. Failed Payments

If a recurring payment fails, dirty. may attempt to process the charge again within a reasonable period. If payment cannot be collected, your premium access may be suspended until payment is resolved. You will be notified of failed payments and given the opportunity to update your payment method.
