Billing Information
Last updated: February 2026
This page provides billing information for dirty. membership subscriptions, including how charges appear on your statement, how to get support, and how to resolve billing issues.
1. Billing Descriptor
Membership charges will appear on your bank or credit card statement under a billing descriptor associated with dirty. or its designated payment processor. The exact billing descriptor is disclosed during checkout and in your confirmation email. If you do not recognize a charge on your statement, please check your email for a confirmation before contacting your bank.
Common descriptors may include variations of "dirty." or the name of the payment processor. The descriptor is disclosed at the point of purchase.
2. Payment Processing
All payments are processed through third-party payment service providers. dirty. does not store your full credit card number, CVV, or bank account details. Payment processors operate under their own terms of service, privacy policies, and PCI DSS compliance obligations.
3. Customer Support for Billing
For billing-related inquiries, including questions about charges, payment methods, or subscription details:
- Email: billing@dirty.com
- Response time: Within 2 business days.
- Include: Your account email address, the charge amount, and the charge date.
4. Cancellation Options
You may cancel your membership subscription at any time:
- Self-Service: Navigate to Settings > Membership > Cancel Subscription in your account.
- Email: Send a cancellation request to hello@dirty.com from the email address associated with your account.
Upon cancellation, your premium access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. No additional charges will be applied.
5. Dispute Procedure
If you believe a charge is incorrect or unauthorized, please follow these steps before contacting your bank:
- Step 1: Check your email for a purchase confirmation from dirty. or its payment processor.
- Step 2: Log into your dirty. account and review your subscription status under Settings > Membership.
- Step 3: Contact billing@dirty.com with the charge details (amount, date, last 4 digits of card).
- Step 4: Allow 2 business days for review and response.
Initiating a chargeback with your bank without first contacting dirty. may result in account suspension. Fraudulent chargebacks may lead to permanent account termination and may be contested through the payment processor.
6. Recurring Billing
Membership subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis at the interval selected during checkout (monthly, quarterly, or annually). Charges renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. Renewal charges are processed using the payment method on file. If a renewal payment fails, you will be notified and given the opportunity to update your payment method.
7. Price Changes
dirty. reserves the right to change membership pricing. Any price increase for existing subscribers will be communicated at least 30 days in advance. You may cancel before the new pricing takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
