Refund & Cancellation

This policy governs cancellations, refunds, and billing disputes for dirty. membership subscriptions.
1. Subscription Model
dirty. membership is a recurring subscription service. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the selected billing interval (monthly, quarterly, or annually). The subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
2. How to Cancel
You may cancel your membership at any time using one of the following methods:
- Self-Service: Navigate to Settings > Membership > Cancel Subscription within your account.
- Email: Send a cancellation request to hello@dirty.com from the email address associated with your account.
Cancellation requests are processed within one (1) business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your cancellation has been processed.
3. When Cancellation Takes Effect
Upon cancellation, your premium access remains active until the end of the current paid billing cycle. No additional charges will be applied after cancellation is confirmed. After the current period expires, your account will revert to free-tier access. You may re-subscribe at any time.
4. Refund Policy
No refunds are issued for partially used billing periods. Membership fees cover access to premium features for the full billing cycle. When you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access until the period ends, and no prorated refund is provided.
This policy applies to all cancellations, including voluntary cancellation and account termination for policy violations.
5. Exceptions
In limited circumstances, refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of dirty.:
- Duplicate charges resulting from a technical error.
- Charges processed after a confirmed cancellation.
- Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification).
To request an exception review, contact billing@dirty.com with your account details and a description of the issue.
6. Billing Disputes & Chargebacks
If you do not recognize a charge or believe a billing error has occurred, please contact dirty. before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer.
- Contact: billing@dirty.com
- Include: Your account email, the charge amount, and the date of the charge.
- Response time: Billing disputes are reviewed within two (2) business days.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting dirty. may result in account suspension pending resolution. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination.
