Non-Consensual Content & Exploitation Policy

1. Zero-Tolerance Statement

dirty. prohibits all forms of non-consensual intimate content, including but not limited to: images or videos shared without the consent of all depicted individuals, revenge pornography, content obtained through coercion, blackmail, or deception, intimate recordings made without the knowledge or consent of the subject, and AI-generated or deepfake intimate imagery of real individuals without consent. Any content identified as non-consensual will be removed immediately, and the associated account will be terminated.

2. Prohibited Content

The following is strictly prohibited on the dirty. platform:

• Intimate images or videos shared without the explicit consent of all depicted individuals.
• Content distributed with the intent to harm, harass, intimidate, or embarrass.
• Content obtained through unauthorized access to another person's device or accounts.
• Threats to distribute intimate content (sextortion).
• Any content depicting or involving the exploitation of minors.
• Content related to human trafficking or sexual exploitation.
• AI-generated intimate imagery depicting real, identifiable individuals without consent.

3. Fast-Track Removal

Reports of non-consensual content are treated with the highest priority. Upon receiving a report, dirty. will:

• Review the reported content immediately (target: within 4 hours of report).
• Remove confirmed non-consensual content without delay.
• Suspend the account responsible for posting the content.
• Preserve evidence for potential law enforcement referral.
• Notify the reporting individual of the action taken.

In urgent cases involving imminent harm or safety risk, content may be removed before a full review is completed.

4. Reporting Mechanism

Non-consensual content can be reported through the following channels:

• In-Platform Reporting: Use the report function on any content or profile.
• Email: Send a report to abuse@dirty.com with the subject line "Non-Consensual Content Report."
• Include: A description of the content, its location on the platform, and any supporting information.

You do not need to be a registered user to report non-consensual content. Third-party reports are accepted and reviewed.

5. Cooperation with Law Enforcement

dirty. cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies investigating non-consensual content distribution, exploitation, and related offenses. This includes:

• Responding to valid legal requests, subpoenas, and court orders.
• Preserving relevant account data and content for law enforcement purposes.
• Proactively reporting suspected criminal activity involving exploitation or minors to appropriate authorities.
• Providing testimony or records when required by legal process.

6. Revenge Pornography

dirty. recognizes the serious harm caused by revenge pornography and treats it as a severe policy violation. Users who distribute intimate content of another person without consent, regardless of how the content was originally obtained, will have their account permanently terminated. dirty. will cooperate with legal proceedings and law enforcement investigations related to revenge pornography.

7. Victim Support

If you are a victim of non-consensual content distribution on the dirty. platform, contact abuse@dirty.com. dirty. will prioritize removal of the content, provide information about the actions taken, and cooperate with any legal proceedings you may initiate.
