18+ Age Restriction Policy

1. Age Requirement

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to create an account, access, or use the dirty. platform in any capacity. This requirement applies to all users, regardless of jurisdiction, except where local law requires a higher minimum age, in which case the higher age applies.

2. Age Confirmation

During registration, all users are required to confirm that they are at least 18 years of age. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Providing a false date of birth or misrepresenting your age constitutes a violation of the Terms of Service and is grounds for immediate account termination.

3. Verification Rights

dirty. reserves the right to request additional age verification at any time, including but not limited to:

• Selfie-based identity verification.
• Government-issued identification document verification.
• Third-party age verification service checks.

Failure to complete requested verification within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or termination.

4. Removal of Underage Accounts

If dirty. becomes aware that an account belongs to an individual under the age of 18, the following actions will be taken immediately:

• The account will be suspended and subsequently terminated.
• All associated content will be removed from the platform.
• Any personal data associated with the account will be deleted in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
• If the account was used to interact with other members, affected members may be notified as appropriate.

5. Reporting Suspected Underage Users

All users have a responsibility to report suspected underage accounts. Reports can be submitted through the in-platform reporting feature or by contacting abuse@dirty.com. Reports involving suspected minors are prioritized and reviewed immediately.

6. Cooperation with Authorities

dirty. cooperates fully with law enforcement and governmental authorities regarding matters involving minors. This includes:

• Responding to valid legal requests and subpoenas.
• Reporting confirmed instances of minor access to relevant authorities as required by law.
• Preserving account data when required by legal process.
• Cooperating with investigations related to child exploitation or endangerment.

dirty. maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any content involving minors and any attempt to use the platform to contact, groom, or exploit minors.

7. Parental & Guardian Notice

dirty. is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. Parents and guardians are encouraged to monitor and restrict access to adult content using parental control tools. If you believe a minor has gained access to the platform, please contact abuse@dirty.com immediately.
