1. Service Description

dirty. is a private, adult (18+) membership-based social platform. The Service provides communication tools, profile management, content sharing, and discovery features within a moderated environment. The Service operates on a recurring membership model. Membership grants access to premium features. dirty. does not act as a marketplace, payment intermediary, escort service, booking agency, or personal introduction service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to access or use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. dirty. reserves the right to verify your age and to terminate accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify dirty. immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Membership & Billing

Access to certain features requires a paid membership subscription. By subscribing, you authorize dirty. to charge the applicable membership fee on a recurring basis using your selected payment method. Membership fees are disclosed prior to checkout. Cancellation is available through account settings at any time. Upon cancellation, access to premium features continues until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for partially used billing periods. Billing is processed through third-party payment processors. dirty. does not store your full payment card details.

5. User Obligations

As a user of the Service, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide accurate profile information and maintain its accuracy.
• Respect the rights and privacy of other members.
• Use the Service only for its intended purpose.
• Not engage in any activity that interferes with the operation of the Service.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

• Soliciting or advertising escort, prostitution, or compensated companionship services.
• Arranging or facilitating in-person meetings for compensation.
• Posting content involving minors or non-consensual material.
• Harassment, threats, intimidation, or abuse of other members.
• Impersonation or misrepresentation of identity.
• Distributing malware, spam, or unauthorized commercial content.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or disrupt the Service.
• Engaging in financial solicitation or fraud.
• Violating the intellectual property rights of others.
• Any activity that violates applicable law.

7. Platform Boundaries

dirty. provides communication tools only. The platform does not arrange, broker, or facilitate in-person meetings. The platform does not process, mediate, or guarantee any transaction between members. The platform does not operate a peer-to-peer payment system, wallet, tipping mechanism, or token economy. Any arrangements made between members occur independently and entirely outside the scope of the platform. dirty. bears no responsibility for interactions that take place outside the Service.

8. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you post on the Service. By posting content, you grant dirty. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and reproduce your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service. You represent that you have the right to post all content you upload. dirty. reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law without prior notice.

9. Content Moderation

dirty. employs content moderation systems including automated review, user reporting mechanisms, and manual review processes. Content that violates platform policies or applicable law is subject to removal. Accounts in repeated violation are subject to suspension or termination. Moderation decisions are made at the sole discretion of dirty.

10. Termination

dirty. reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. dirty. does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dirty. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service. dirty. is not responsible for the conduct of any member, whether online or offline.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless dirty., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any rights of a third party, or your content.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin, Germany. For consumers within the European Union, mandatory consumer protection provisions of the member state of residence shall apply where applicable.

14. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. dirty. is not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Users are encouraged to contact dirty. directly at hello@dirty.com to resolve any issues before initiating formal proceedings.

15. Modifications

dirty. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with modifications, you should discontinue use of the Service.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
